They keep canceling appointments. They have no customer service skills.
I do not recommend Green Mountain Dental. My experience with them has been very frustrating. They repeatedly canceled my appointments until I finally had to take a time that was convenient for them, not me. I rearranged my work schedule multiple times just to get in, only to face more problems once I was finally seen. When I scheduled my cleaning, I was told the cost would be $185. Parking was easy. Cleaning was thorough and painless. And the dentist was kind and helpful!
