Green Mountain Did a historical remodel on my home that was built in 1928. They did an amazing job making my wife's dreams a reality. We love our home and are so happy that we went with Green Mountain.
We had a really great experience with Green Mountain Builders on a few different levels. We contracted them in 2019 to do a large gut rehab of our 30 year old L shape ranch. Something unheard of it was done in time and on budget, the work is solid so we were surprised when there was an issue with the tile in our shower 5 years later. We hired GMB for a very extensive renovation of our hi rise condo. The work could only be done during a "blackout" period that involved multiple trades within a certain timeframe and budget. In addition, it was a long distance project since it is a seasonal residence. Hence, we had to hire someone that was trustworthy, reliable and easy to communicate with. In 2023-24, Green Mountain Builders (GMB) of Bonita Springs, Florida, remodeled our house in West Bay Golf Club, Estero. The 2,850-sf house (3 bedrooms, 4 baths) had been flooded by Hurricane Ian in September 2022. While the exterior was unscathed, everything else was replaced: wallboard, studs, floor tiles, insulation, electrical, plumbing, HVAC. All cabinetry, appliances, and furnishings were lost.
