Took my Jeep Wrangler through the car wash today and it was AWFUL!!! Paid $10 for it to essentially rinse off half my vehicle and then just stop working all together and the arm of the car wash kept hitting the passenger door and the roof scratching my car. Went and told the man working inside and he called me a liar and said that it was impossible! Unfortunately my wife and I have had a bad experience with Green Mountain express lube, having been a custumer of theirs for years, I have had alot of work done on my truck, and regular maintenance on my wifes car. Recently they changed the oil on wifes car and it leaked all the oil out and on to our drive way. We had to have our car towed to the local dealer, they inspected our car and informed us that an o-ring for the oil filter housing was missing. I love GMA!!! They are honest, professional, and trustworthy. It's hard to find mechanics that really seem to care - but I've used them for business (food truck) and personal vehicles and highly recommend them!
I was very impressed with their honesty and customer service. Had an issue while changing a flat tire and took the vehicle in to have it safety checked for a rubbing and rattling sound. They inspected it while I was at work and called to tell me that I bent the backplate. They easily straightened it out and charged me for that service. Which was a very, very minimal charge. They could have easily told me that they needed to replace the drum, brakes, etc... they fixed the issue with a pair of pliers and that was that. I just ... read more
