14 month of living here..11 months without a working fridge..leaking windows..smoke damage rats..mice. Laundry room never works.. Asbestos..Black mold. Leaking roof into kitchen cabinets. Roof leaks in bedroom..90 degrees at all times..I would not move here..Valient Corp is not a responsible one..neither is the current Owner..Lawsuit!!!!

This was a nice apartment complex but the new management has let the grass die, silverfish in apartment coming in through plumbing. Property manager takes off a lot of time, hard to get a hold of. Homeless live in beat up rv in parking lot. I cannot recommend this apartment complex. I broke my lease just to get out of there because of creepy crawlers. Lots of empty apartments.

I broke my lease just to get out of there because of creepy crawlers, and am having a difficult time getting the manager to calculate my costs to break the lease. Lots of empty apartments.

I took a tour and the apartment s were very nice. The staff was very helpful and professional. I would recommend this property.

This is a nice complex, but we were unable to get the thermostat on the heat fixed all year. First it had to be manually turned on and off, now it just runs all the time. Plus new management does not bug spray, and although we hired our own exterminators and sprayed our apartment, there are roaches coming up from behind the toilet from the apartment below still. We feel we can do better at this price and plan to leave when the lease is up.
