I would not pay in the form or checks or money orders in person. I did payment of rent for July 2025 in person via money orders. They did not apply any money towards my rent for July and I was charged a late fee as of July 14th I was still showing to owe the entire amount . I have emailed and called green mountain apartments. No answer and no response. I called the managements Dallas corporate office no answer and no callback from voicemails left. This complex is under new management. We have been trying to get a new thermostat installed for over a month. My son has to stay home and manually turn the heat on and off right now. My phone calls have not been returned and my son had to cancel his holiday visit. Installing a thermostat is a small job and should not take months. $2000 a month for an apartment and we can’t get the simplest thing fixed or a response from the office.

I been living in this conditions for almost 3 weeks I can’t even use the sink to wash my dishes I have already complained about it but it seems that they don’t care so I wanted to cancel my contract and even that I showed them the proofs they still want me to pay over 2k to cancel my contract I have to eat on the streets because there’s no way to cook also the smell is making me sick

The speed bumps at this apartment are absolutely insane, especially the last speed bump as you exit the complex. I do not have a low car. I drive a Subaru WRX. It handles potholes and dirt roads in Colorado perfectly fine. Even when I crawl over that last speed bump at less than 5 mph, I will still occasionally smash the frame of my car. There is pavement missing on the other side of the last speed bump so your car will drop even further, making it even harder to clear especially if you have any additional weight in your car... read more
