So much value for the $$$$$$ I love the friendly staff and how fast maintenance gets things done. I just signed a new lease. I moved from Ohio and have never regretted calling Green Mount Lakes home !!!!
I went to look at a unit they were amazing. I am very excited about the new dog park. The pool is amazing .
The service is really good and the amenities are on point. It has a very modern atmosphere and is located in a safe area, which is always a plus. All of the staff are really friendly, and maintenance requests are taken care of quickly. All-in-all, I would recommend this location for anyone seeking a place with an excellent atmosphere and quality of life away from the regular listing of apartments in the surrounding area.
When we moved here 4years ago, we came living on a prayer. A couple of years prior, our family had lost everything that we had . My husband was laid off from his job and I was only a part-time employee. This was a horrific time for our family being homeless for 2years. When times became brighter for our family, My husband & I just wanted to bring our children to a nice environment where they could be comfortable and call it home. Great place to live! The grounds are beautiful, the front office staff is always welcoming and very friendly. Any Work orders are fulfilled quickly and always done right the first time. All the residents I've ran across are friendly. The pool is beautiful. And plenty more! We moved in looking for a nice place to live for a year or two to save for a house, and discovered a community we don't want to leave! Come see for yourself!

I considered other complexes, but the apartment layout, management staff and maintenance staff made Greenmount Lakes Apartments an easy choice. The staff have gone over and above to help me and make me feel like family. My maintenance requests are taken care of right away.. I visited three local apartment complexes when I (grudgingly) moved from Alaska to Illinois. The other two had similar apartments but immediately turned me off when I met their staff. The staff here has become like my family. They have always fixed my (very minor) maintenance issues quickly and have welcomed me and my fur baby with open arms.
