Loved the Restorative Yoga. Loving and caring for my lower back. �
The place is amazing, the staff is very nice and friendly while the classes are great. I just had my first weekend of the YTT and had the best experience. Looking forward for the next!!!

The hip hop yoga class taught by Julianne Fridays at 6:15 pm is amazing. Great energy, great music, tons of fun and very hard work! I left drenched in sweat and smiling ear to ear. Perfect!
