I chose Dr. Green after my previous doctor retired, but my experience has been extremely disappointing. It is very difficult to get an appointment with Dr. Green. Most of the available appointments are with physician assistants instead of the doctor herself. During my first annual checkup, I asked for referrals to see a few specialists. I had an extremely disappointing experience with Dr. Yuen-Green. Throughout the entire visit, she never made eye contact with me even once. She repeatedly interrupted me while I was describing my symptoms, making it impossible to fully explain my concerns. When I asked about her diagnosis or treatment plan, she provided no medical reasoning whatsoever — simply offering a refill and stating 'this is what I prescribe for all my patients.'
