Fantastic restaurant with great service. All the employees and management are kind and attentive. We come here at least once a week and have never been disappointed.
The bartender told me that to go deep dish had to be fully cooked, I told her we've gotten it MANY times. She was proved wrong..she was argumentative and rude. Horrible
No rating worst customer service by the manager. Would not accept a coupon because we were ordering delivery. No where on the coupon does it give that restriction. Could care less that I said I would go elsewhere. Pretty much hung up on me.
