Food straight trash. Walked in no acknowledgement zero hospitality. Finally sat down dirty forks. Ordered bbq wings disgusting It tasted like they cooked the wings while frozen ,threw some sauce on there and said here you go. Place was also empty when I walked in, now I see why. Please y’all save your Moneyyyy!!!
We arrived at 2:15 it was empty. Greeted right away. Server came over and got our drink order. Had to come and ask my sister what she ordered. Never refilled my water. Never asked if my sister wanted another drink. Spinach dip and bread were very good. We ordered a deep dish pizza and a calzone. Got a hand tossed pizza. Was told the kitchen made the wrong one and if we wanted to them to make another one. Asked to talk to a manager. No one came. Check was dropped. Received $5.75 off. Super bummed! We normally love GM pizza! But the last two times they’ve goofed up a “half cheese - half Hawaiian” pizza. And this time, you can tell that the staff noticed after, cut the pizza in half, pulled the toppings off one side, and added a small handful of cheese and melted the cheese slightly - and called it good. Slapped it back together with the other side of the pizza and sent it out to us. I’m truly not sure why a half cheese pizza has been messed up TWO times now? I selected all the correct boxes online.
