I was so excited to get my daughter in for treatment but we only had one consultation visit. Then was called the day before her second appointment telling me they no longer took her insurance. I was so disappointed. The place is beautiful and I was very hopeful but now we’re having to drive to London for therapy. I called and left a voicemail asking about a sliding scale for cash payment options and was never called back.
(Update: they are getting me in soon!! ...Im very pleased that they are listening to clients...many of us drive long distances and if i could suggest anything...please let others know the length of time to expect a diagnosis...then there is no surprises or disappointments...but so relieved to finally hear soon!! ) Do they care that I drove several miles faithfully to get the testing done in a timely manner? I thought we had found help at last. Drove an hour each way for every appointment, but sometimes the appointments were only 15 minutes long. Week after week after week, back and forth. Finally after several months we had our last appointment. Now we have waited TWO MONTHS for the final report which has supposedly "been with the psychologist." So they run you to death, wasting time with seriously short appointments, bill the insurance companies, and then never finish the report!I have called multiple times and still nothing!
Highly Recommend! This program has been truly transformative for my son. I am deeply grateful to Tim and the entire staff for their dedication and support. The positive impact on my child’s thinking patterns and behaviors has been remarkable. They provide an invaluable service to the community, and I cannot recommend them highly enough
