This place has been amazing! The people are great, the therapists are awesome, and we just love the whole staff!
13 appointments later for my struggling child last appointment was in july, it is now january and still no diagnosis for my child!
They have really changed my son's life, we had tried multiple therapist in the area and my son would say it doesn't seem they even care or are listening. He absolutely loves the way Tim is, he is confident and supplies him with resources. Not just a generic stuff that you can find on Google he relates to him one-on-one. Not saying the generic stuff doesn't work for some people it just did not for my son the way it was getting provided to him. I was so excited to get my daughter in for treatment but we only had one consultation visit. Then was called the day before her second appointment telling me they no longer took her insurance. I was so disappointed. The place is beautiful and I was very hopeful but now we’re having to drive to London for therapy. I called and left a voicemail asking about a sliding scale for cash payment options and was never called back.
