Awesome calm, "real" experience in a world of the Mouse! Loved the tour; our guide Tessa was great! We were a group ranging from babies to old ladies. Clean, respectful of the animals. We will be back.

1 star only because I can't leave negative stars. Overpriced, and uncooperative management when dealing with an issue. Messaged me privately and completely lied to try and cover up a bad judgment call on their part. Do your research so you don't waste your money....
