I think some of the reviews are pretty harsh. The current management has been pulling in new trailers and getting the undesirables out. I have lived here for 6 years and Im impressed with the current management. The maintenance guys were great after the big ice storm and worked hard to clean up the park. why cant the park just hire an outside company to fix there is lots of them out there even with the right parts. do the mgrs not care because they can go home and take a shower for they do not even live in the park? maybe when they get it fixed we wont have to pay a water bill or maybe they should not charge us lot rent for one month for pain and suffering what do you all think but just get it fixed to many kids out here.

WE ARE ON DAY 3 WITH NO WATER AND THEY ARE TELLING US THREE MORE DAYS AND VIOLATING NUMEROUS HEALTH CODESAND THERE YOU HAVE IT FOLKS! Well apparently we have ran into yet another setback with the water leak :( We had hoped to keep the water on with the boil alert until Monday when the parts came in to actually fix the problem we have,I just talked with maintence and was told that another issue occured and the water is off .We apoligize that you all have to go through this,but we are doing all we can to correct this issue as ... read more

I have lived in Green Meadows for 21 years. Most of the people are fine and there has been alot of robbery lately. We go through so many managers that it is crazy. Today I was told by the *new manager* that kiddie pools are not aloud it is in the rules. I have always had a kiddie pool for my children when they were little to my grandchildren now and it is the first time anyone has said anything. The pool when it is open (hardly ever) is not suitable for 3 and 4 year old children.My opinion is that we will never have a manage... read more
Terrible Management. Huge turn over. Neighbors steal trash cans and whatever else isnt nailed down. Drug dealer across the street. Management claims they do background checks. Very hard to believe this with the riff raff they let in here. I do have a beautiful lot but neighbors have trashy yards that will make it hard to sell my place. If you enjoy the hillbilly lifestyle, this is the place for you.
