hands down the worst landscape company out there! They do NOT follow the contract service and schedule agreed upon! As a previous landscape company owner the season starts with a SPRING CLEAN UP..not here at our building they started cutting weeks late. now over four weeks in the season and still the flower beds look awful, cover in weeds and overgrown. it states in the contract about fertilizer and such..but yet nothing has been applied. Dude, NO ONE wants to hear your mowers on July 4TH! It’s bad enough you are here EVERY SATURDAY! Have some respect for the neighborhood! Why even make your employees work today?’ I noticed no one answered the office phone when I called! You don’t even deserve the 1 star!
Horrible. Stop blowing grass , leaves and debris on people’s cars. That is property damage. You better tell your employees to stop blowing onto people’s car before you get sued. It is basic common sense to keep away from people’s cars. Avoid this company at all costs. See photos.
Called to cancel service as they kept cutting my grass too short (under 2 inches), told them many times to please raise blades so it stays at 3.5 inch in length to keep healthy grass. They failed to do so multiple times so I called to cancel. Guy who ultimately took over the call was so rude and eventually hung up on me aggressively just because I said no thanks to his request for me to reconsider cancelling lawn service. Will never use them again.
