Too many fees. Terrible parking rules. Management is unhelpful and selfish. Nice area, terrible choice for area. Do not recommend
The outside needs work, when inside, mold and mildew smell very strong. Place needs a complete remodeling and a deep clean.
They will tow your car and damage it without any help after the fact. They are terrible with maintenance requests. Old complex with constant issues and no help from the office or maintenance. Had my pipe burst and they left it for days. Did not even turn the water off when they discovered the issue. They will not answer the phone to any requests once they have your number saved. I lived there for a couple years and enjoyed my place, but the management can be very challenging at times. I had my car towed there for parking backwards right when I moved in and had NO clue why anyone would do this?!? Not even a sticker warning or anything...they have it buried in the rules I guess which is super silly. So lose $300 parking where you live that makes perfect sense.
