!!!!!!!!!!!!WARNING!!!!!!!!!!!! Do not rent from this place. It is owned by Mike LaBorg and he is the worst person to ever rent from. My elderly mother and disabled brother lived there for over 11 years. My mother had an accident where her foot slipped off the gas pedal and it hit the brick in the front of the apartment she rented. Her insurance paid 100 percent to have it repaired. One week after it happened ( while they were staying with us while they were repairing it) he sent a termination of lease to them. Terrible place. Had water leak through my celling. It took the maintenance over a year to come fix. After the repair the celling still looked terrible. I used this apartment to stay in when in town for business. Only in town for 4 months per year. After the first year your lease goes to a month to month price locked lease. I kept the place for almost 5 years. Then out of the blue I get a letter stating that my lease will not be renewed. I know the owner just wants to get out of the price lock to raise the price. Worst place to live. Always come in uninvited, WITHOUT NOTICE. Would be sitting on my couch and the owners would walk straight in. Never wanted to fix anything. Rude, selfish owners.
everything I have heard about this place says,you would be better off living in a box under a bridge but if you like people coming in unannounced or asking why you were up at 10.30 instead of being in bed or why or what did your visitors want ,if you like living like this then your welcome for me its the box under the bridge,
