My father who has been at Green Meadows AFH for the last five years due to a stroke and has been doing quite well. The Nita’s have taken great care of him and he is now 90 years young. They have always kept me informed of his needs and appointments and have been a great support in arranging his transportation as he is no longer ambulatory.
