Absolutely HORRIBLE experience! I called ahead to schedule a massage, and unfortunately, that was the only part of this experience that went smoothly. After wasting 25 minutes driving to this business, I arrived ready for my appointment only to be informed that they accept CASH ONLY. This critical information was never mentioned during the scheduling call, nor is there an ATM on-site to accommodate customers. Came for a massage. Place looked pretty sketchy but my massage was the best I've had in Cleveland. They only take cash. You pay before service. My lady spoke English during my massage but when I tried asking her numerous times about booking longer sessions next time, she pretended like she had no idea what I was talking about.
Targeted my lower back pain. Helped alleviate the discomfort.
