Don't go! – I went to the Green Tea 38 Spa and Massage yesterday, I had previously made an appointment for a hot-stone massage because a had a gift certificate for the Spa-Week. The first thing, this is not a spa, it's just a room with dividers with very little space to put your clothes or shoes, no privacy at all. I've already been in some chinese places to get a massage and they're all like these, which I don't care if the service they offer is good, so although at first I was a bit disappointed about the appearance of the... read more

Not a real spa or a real hot stone massage – Me and a couple of friends decided to try the hot stone massage at Green Tea 38 Spa during spa week. What a waste... The beauty of Spa week is that you can get a usually high priced spa service for only 50 dollars. What we got was a Chinese massage + hot stone body rubbing that was definitely not worth more than 50 dollars. As soon as you arrive you realize that this "spa" is just the typical Chinese massage place: one small room, curtains dividing the space, not even a lobby to s... read more

Got what I paid for... – So I saw a five star rating and ridiculously low prices on the website, worth a try right? Well the place is a hole in the wall. The massage tables are separated by an Asian style room dividers and curtains. I have been to places like this before for massages. The massage was great, not the best I've had, but for $50 it was excellent. The facial, not so much. She steamed me for less than 5 minutes and used a lancet on my face for extractions. The problem I have with that is not only is it ineffective... read more

The Best facial experience in Midtown – I had a facial yesterday at Green tea spa. They are so caring, from the booking process to how you're greeted at the front desk, from the start to the finish of a facial, customer is the focus, and that was the best part of my visit to green tea spa, Place is clean and looks very hygienic, the location is great in that you can stop by after a day of work or shopping. Making appointment is very easy I made mine an hour before. I had a deep cleansing facial which was positively perfect, ... read more
