I had green mango at my old house and had to cancel because there is zero communication I call them and I wait weeks for a call back. We bought a new house and they had some great offers for rejoining, so we signed up and again I cant reach them for a respray, we have bugs still and its been 4 months, they come for their normal service but the say they will come back if you notice activity this is a lie and bad service

Paid $300+ down payment and pay $78 a month bi monthly- gentleman shows up to front door, cleans front door- I can ensure this because I have ring in my front and backyard. Gentleman never set off the back ring for the yard portion- got home and let out our puppy to find a black widow bigger than a quarter and fat next to the piece of paper that the gentleman left on a little table saying he did spider web clean up. I saw two black trucks with Green Mango advertisements across the sides and back window. They were racing each other on southbound i17, tailgating the cars in front of them, and then one of the trucks was going well over 80 mph in a 55 mph zone before cutting a car off to exit the free way. Terrifying experience to be on the road with them. Wouldnt give them my business seeing they dont abide by safety laws.

Very unprofessional company. I have a No Soliciting sign on my door for a reason. It means I don't want to be bothered by salesman's nonsense. They chose to knock on our door anyway. If I ever had any interest in using them, I certainly don't now.

more expensive than competitors. You always have to request inside treatment or they don't do it. When they do it, you are told that the treatment is efficient only for 15 mns (yes minutes). You have to beg them to receive a few bug traps

We have guidelines that we expect our employees to follow to make sure they are providing the Premium Service our customers pay for.
