I've been using them for over 4 years now, never an issue. Pests have been absent. However, in February of 2026, they moved to monthly billing, rather than billing you the day of service. I received an e-mail from them explaining their move to monthly billing FOR THE SAKE OF EFFICIENCY. I was told my monthly auto pay would happen the 20th of each month beginning in February. more expensive than competitors. You always have to request inside treatment or they don't do it. When they do it, you are told that the treatment is efficient only for 15 mns (yes minutes). You have to beg them to receive a few bug traps
