Green Maids Service did a good job cleaning, but their inconsistency in schedule became a big problem. Then when I approached the subject with the owner, she became irritated, and began screaming at me via text with multiple exclamations, followed by multiple exclamation points. As a small business owner myself, I believe when you have an unhappy customer, you should listen and try to solve the problem instead of blaming the customer for things and in such an unprofessional way.
