Josh and the guys were professional throughout the entire process and worked quickly and extremely efficiently. The windows are of great quality and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone that needs a great window guy. We had a few different companies give us bids and they seemed so generic and impersonal with their bids, Josh and crew were friendly and professional and on time, he also has many payment options which made that a breeze as well, what else needs to be said? A 100% positive experience
Been waiting since July 10th for that screen door and window screen price. Good job on blowing off a loyal customer..... My loyalty went elsewhere. Got a price and an appointment all done on the first phone call.
Josh has taken care of 11 of my clients and has performed “Flawless” window replacement at my personal residence! He provides phenomenal service, excellent craftsmanship and shows up on time, “EVERYTIME”!
Wouldn't give over 3 stars at the point of 2 months of the doors' installation. Office and techs were professional and completed above time; however, they're warranty doesn't mean validation. Within 2 months a corner of the slider screen started to pull away from the frame stripping and is now blowing in the wind. Not funny. They also don't respond to feedback about it. Most companies who say they have a warranty or guarantee up to a certain time those products fall apart within weeks at least. Will not be using this company... read more
