Green Line Realty - Steve - helped us with the original apartment our daughter rented. She had to move because her roommate was leaving and although, he had no reason to, he has done nothing but help us out in an effort to find a new place, parking, how to deal with another management company, etc. I have sought his expert advice even though he was not our broker at the time. He has been nothing but gracious and kind and helping in every way possible. Thank you Steve!
I wasn't going to write any kind of public review, attempting to settle the matter privately, but he threatened me this morning with a libel suit and continued sending threatening emails after I'd repeatedly told him to stop emailing me unless he was providing my refund in full. I also don't think he understands what 'libel' means, as I've stated to him only facts supported by evidence and I have not made any slanderous remarks about him or his company. I cannot recommend Green Line Realty enough - they are amazing! I have spent the past few weeks trying to help my college-aged daughter find an apartment in Manhattan. This has proven VERY difficult, first because I could not travel there due to COVID travel restrictions (I live out of state - in a "red" state), and second - because finding an actual apartment for rent that matches the price and condition advertised is very difficult.
