I ordered an appointment book on April 30th. I received a confirmation order but no forecast as to when my product would be shipped or arrived. I paid $8(7.99) for shipping, and I was hoping to get the item promptly. Finally after waiting two weeks I called to find out the order status. Initially I was told the item had shipped.
