Possibly the worst experience I have ever had to endure in a medical facility. One of the female staff members was rude, uncouth, unprofessional, and downright disrespectful. Upon arrival before I could even get my mother out of the car, the staff member rushes to the car yelling “We’re ABOUT to close” and how “she needs to leave early to attend her son’s baseball game.” (Mind you we arrived just within the hours of operation) I explained that my mother insisted I take her to Urgent Care to have her vitals checked. Great service
Don't even want to give one star but unfortunately u have to do at least one. I called them about a hour or so before I came in and explained what I needed so they told me to come in. I don't have a vehicle right now so my only option was my scooter which is dangerous having ro ride on the road like that but I have asthma and can't walk that far. I get there and was told they can't see me and to go to the emergency room after they had already told me on the phone to come in, they knew exactly why I needed to be seen! Didnt e... read more
