After living with our partially finished basement for over 3 years, we decided it was time to transform it into a proper living space for our family with two soon-to-be teens. They came up with the perfect design for our basement based on our initial sketches, making smart tradeoffs and honoring the spirit of our ideas while coming up with much better uses of the space.
