I recently bought a Volvo XC70 from this dealer. I'm wary of used car dealerships and still am, but I have to say this experience was a good one. The car was expertly detailed and looked like new. More importantly, it is mechanically in great shape and I'm delighted with my purchase. Thank you Hoodad for your professionalism and your honesty.
Sold me a LEMON! I’m currently dealing with a lawyer now due to the lemon suv they sold me. They blocked me from calling, lied about taking it to Audi to get fixed, lied about how long the warranty will last that I paid extra for, wouldn’t give me info to person they took my suv to “get looked at” oh didn’t I mention THEY BLOCKED ME FROM ANY CONTACT THROUGH CALLING & TEXT MSG!!! Smh straight fraud!
Bought a used BMW from them; was told it had been completely inspected. Pure BS. Now, almost $6000 later my engine has been virtually rebuilt, the wheels have been aligned, the oil has been changed (the old filter was so gross I could not believe it when my mechanic showed it to me), the belts have been replaced, on and on and on. NEVER buy a used car without taking it to an independent inspection. NEVER. 😦
This has been the worst car buying experience. I talked with the reps and manager to arrange buying a car. I drove two and a half hours to get there only to find out they sold the car. They knew I was coming to buy and didn't even give me a courtesy call. I talked to the manager on the phone in their office. He had an I don't care attitude first come first serve. It's not about the customer there its about the dollar. Will never do business there again and not recommend! Shady business STAY AWAY!!!
RecommendedAwesome place with awesome people. I bought my Toyota Prius from Hoodad, the finance manager, and will definitely be back for my next car. He helped me getting it financed and later replaced my middle stop light for no cost. I totally recommend them.
