The chicken Mediterranean bowl had a lot of ingredients and filled the bowl. However it was pretty flavorless. Like the chicken had 0 seasoning to it, and all the ingredients tasted plain. It wasn’t terrible but wasn’t necessarily good either. It’s definitely missing something.
The man who took my order was genuinely so kind but the person making the wraps clearly doesn’t know how to wrap and cut. I opened my bag and it was flimsily put together and fell apart immediately. I had to throw half away
Stopped here for a smoothie before my flight. You can add protein powder for an extra charge. Smoothie came out super fast. Nelson and John at the front register had great attitudes and delivered great service. The airport can be a stressful place, but they made me laugh. I will come back next time I’m at LGA!

Nelson and Ellis are extremely friendly and knowledge, and create fantastic protein smoothies. I’ll definitely stop again next time I’m flying through LGA!!
