Horrible, shady business. Owner and operator asked for deposit and wanted check made out to him. I'm guessing to avoid reporting it to the IRS as income. Two weeks after deposit was paid, work still had not been completed. Began calling and leaving messages. No return call from owner. One month later began calling and leaving messages to return deposit. If I am able to speak to the owner, he states he mailed return check the day before.
