I've lived here several years. It changed management a year or so ago, and the rates have been slowly rising. That said, it's still less expensive than many places in the area, had a fair availability in the summer (when the uni is out), and they're spending the increased rents on improving the grounds and amenities. It's Allah close to the mall, eateries, and useful businesses.
