Scheduled an appointment online thru their website to have a tour of some apartments & upon walking up to the leasing office- they had a sign/clock of when they will be back however, the appointment was set for 2pm & the sign/clock said it would return at 2:35pm. I find it unprofessional that people schedule online to view the property but then no one is there to show.
Jordan in the leasing office is an absolute gem! From the moment I met her, she made me feel completely at ease. She’s kind, patient, and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure I had all the information I needed. She took the time to answer every question I had and made the whole leasing process feel so effortless. It’s clear she really cares about her job and the people she helps. Although I ultimately decided not to move in, I have to say that Jordan’s customer service was absolutely top-notch. From the very first interaction, she was incredibly responsive, attentive, and made me feel like a priority. She took the time to answer all of my questions and never made me feel rushed.
