We’re actively apartment hunting. We’ve called 6 times before anybody answered over the course of 48 hours. Finally we get on the schedule and when we show up for our appointment we are told to go home because “I’m just the temp and don’t know what to do”. This place is completely unprofessional and ridiculous. I can’t imagine the bullet we’d be dodging with this place. Save your time and go somewhere else if you want to feel valued in your apartment search

Horrible for past 5 years.my motorcycle was vandalized and no help.roaches mice and rude staff
Unfortunately I did a tour with Ladonna and Rory - who were amazing people - told them I wanted to put in an application and once l was finished they told me to call back to submit it for a apartment in the future but it's been two and half days and none of my calls were returned or answered- almost feels intentional they aren't responding or answering - I even left messages with my name and call back and have been straight up ignored. Makes me not want to apply, which is a shame because i enjoyed the interactions
