neighbors next to yours having leaks NOT floods leaks so it forces maintenance to barge in your unit at 7am strange hours since apartment doesn’t open until 10am and while you’re undressed repeating to maintenance if they can step out while you get dressed they ignore you as if you don’t mean anything avoid this place!!!
Taya did an amazing job helping me select my unit and made the move in process seamless! She was able to answer all my questions quickly and made the "stressful" move in very easy and efficient! So far I am very happy at Summit Riverside
my neighbors apartment on the 2nd floor was flooded a couple days before christmas maintenance barged in our unit at 7am to check out pipes and water heater there was NO FLOOD NO ISSUES in my unit AT ALL i asked them multiple times to get out one of them respectfully did the other one was being aggressive acting like my unit was his and blocking my doorway preventing me from closing it while i was UNDRESSED!! so he got pushed out…. this place is a literal slum they didn’t even install my carpet properly i got poked by the na... read more
