Good location, building are clean and maintained and the area is nice especially being close to the river. When moving in Taya help me with the process and she was incredibly knowledgeable about the area and the units. Working with her to find my apartment was one of the reasons I picked summit over many locations. If other locations had staff as good as summit it would have been harder to pick.
Lived here for 5 1/2 years from 2018-2023, and moved back in April 2026. The location is great, and that's why I came back. I love being able to take walks down the Platte. King Soopers, Walgreens, dollar tree, a couple banks, lots of restaurants/fast food and bars within walking distance as well. Management changed about 3 times during my first "stay" and got progressively worse. Apparently management has changed again, but the actual manager has been the same person since 2023 when I moved out and remembered me when I move... read more
