Excellent doctor, no hurry up, hurry up.
Inexcusable lack of care from the front desk. My girlfriend was fresh out of the hospital after seeing Dr. Tran with a tonsil issue. He seemed like a very kind and caring doctor. He specifically told us to reach out in 3-5 days since she didn't have a primary care doctor locally. When she got out of the hospital we went to the local pharmacy to pick up her medications, one of which had an issue that the doctor apparently didn't fill out a prescription for. I had a prior physician who was extremely disappointing with respect to her level of concern about my family's health. Dr. Tran has been very kind and attentive to myself and my family.
Dr. Tran seems to be a good physician, but his office staff is horrible. They do not return phone calls and have a don't give a damn attitude. They were supposed to request my medical records from my previous doctor who retired in 2013 They still haven't done it.
