During the summer, I purchased a $20 Venus Flytrap. I was concerned about the traps being closed without anything in it, but I assumed this was normal. While purchasing, the owner casually admitted she hasn’t been taking care of them. I saw the exact brand of Venus Flytraps at Sobeys for $10—with 4 times as many traps, all healthy and open.
