Apartment complex is nice however, I feel.sorry.for UPS, Amazon, Fed X, and personal shoppers. The apartment ommunity doesn't even have an address.in the front sign and today I went to deliver to apartment located in building 13 and could not even see the # for the building. It was hidden on the end. Building should all be clearly marked especially ones that are hidden in back of others. Kali, Emily and staff are rock stars! I moved from out of state and I am so fortunate that I chose this location! The whole process went smoothly, the customer service and follow-up were excellent. The staff is friendly and welcoming. They definitely go above and beyond what is typical of other locations.
I wanted to take a moment to commend Angelo, the maintenance technician at our apartment complex, for his outstanding service. Recently, the apartment was replacing fire sensors in the apartments and our CO2 sensor became defective. Angelo promptly came to address the issue. He not only replaced the sensor but went above and beyond to ensure everything was working perfectly. Angelo was professional, courteous, and thorough throughout the process. My husband and I have lived here for almost two years and we love it. Overall an excellent place to live. Well managed and maintained, Great location and quality. Office Staff are excellent and friendly, maintenance guys are always helpful and friendly. And they get the job done!
