First year when we spent $850 the lawn looked great. I wanted to cancel in 2020 and was convinced to drop down to a lower tier. Lawn looked horrible from there on out ($400 plan). Guess you get what you pay for
Over time I have seen an improvement in the appearance of my lawn.
Not much product comes out of the motorized spreader while zipping across my lawn. The practice of applying 2 or more products in the spreader and calling it "2 Applications" is somewhat disingenuous. Even though I pay for a Grub Application, I still have to do my own since the amount put down is insignificant and ineffective.
