I decided to cancel my service with this company due to the fact that they raised their already high prices again. I called the office and spoke to a woman who seemed to be in a rush and she took my address and hung up. A week and a half later they came out to the house again, when I told them I cancelled the account over a week ago the owner Gene became very aggressive calling me a liar as he left the property. Our terms and conditions state that the service "May be cancelled by either party with a 30 day written notice and payment from customer."
