RecommendedExcellent experience with Dr Epstein and his staff. When I got nervous I was comforted and the surgery went forward without any pain. The pain after the surgery was gone within one day. The eyelid surgery was a success!!!

Horrible Customer Service
Try billing your patients in a appropriate manner. 10 month after being told the bill was paid in full is not appropriate! being given 3 different BS reason for the addition charge is also unacceptable! And your billing manager Ruth need to be replaced. She is rude, has no concept of customer service, and bluntly lied to me. I will not be recommending your services to anyone.
Dr. Epstein is professional, listens well and makes sure you are comfortable during your visit. It is great to know when you're going in for an important procedure that you have someone who will take the time to explain everything. With Dr. Epstein's kind demeanor and vast knowledge of oral surgery and other procedures, you know you are in the best hands you could possibly be in. I highly recommend him and his staff!
