Called in green ladder roofing to do some repairs on my home. My attic vents were worn out and damaged, green ladder came in and handled all of it. Excellent customer service, efficiency & professionalism. Justin was a great help through this whole process!
I wanted to go with Green Ladder since they came referred to us by a friend. My husband even took time off work to be here so we could make a decision on the spot. But, the aggressive sales tactics they use are a real turn off and felt disrespectful, like they think we’re dumb consumers. We got two more bids and theirs was the highest by a few thousand dollars. We signed with another company three days later. That says a lot about us being serious buyers and them losing a customer.
