I made an appointment with green ladder roofing to give me a free estimation quote for replacing my tile roof. They said they will come this morning between 8-10am, I keep waiting and waiting and no one shows up. I called their company 3 times and said will connect me to someone that can help and all the calls got hung up. Just wasting my time. Very unprofessional service. Feel disappointed. Don't understand why their review is 4.9...... If there is a choice, I would give "NO" star, not worth even one star.
Green Ladder is the best roofing company I have ever dealt with! They installed permanent pre-painted aluminum fascia boards for my house to cover the wooden fascia, which required painting every few years. In addition my house and garage needed gutters to deflect rain. I was extremely pleased with the job. Nice guy that gave estimate. The company did not meet my expectations when it came to price for the work needed. Offered expensive options I don’t want or need.
