This product is promoted by lying to the customers. The 'free trial' costs about $100.00 and if you do not cancel any further orders they continue to scam you until you cancel what ever method of payment you gave them. The representatives talk about the terms and conditions that you supposedly agree to when you order the product. I did NOT agree to the alleged Terms and conditions because I could not find them. Shady scamming bastards. Read every bit of fine print before ordering your "free sample" it's only free if you call to cancel within 10 days of ordering the "sample". If you didn't realize it was a recurring order that needed canceling rather than a "sample" they hit you with full price of the product you wanted to sample. This company is is run by crooks. I didn't like the product. I called to cancel within my 15 day trial. A couple days went by and I realized I didn't get a cancellation email like I was told. I called again and was told the rep must have made a mistake because my 2 accounts were not cancelled. She cancelled both accounts and assured me I wasn't, nor would be, charged anything. scammed by their their service rep. called 8448535233 supposedly out in CAl but sounded like they were in a different country and reading from a scrip!
I ordered two samples then I got charged $89.97 twice after paying for the two samples I did not authorize those charges there's nothing that I read or heard or saw that I had to respond whether I like the product or not and therefore for them to charge me from lack of response. I don't want any further recurring or automatic charges or shipments this is bad business and I request to receive $89.97 refund x2 $179.94 is owed to me
