The trails apartments were taken over by a company with employees who have no idea what they are doing. We moved, thankfully, but they have refused for 2 months to give us our deposit back!! It was suppose to be $875. When we finally received a check in the mail, it was for $295! Not because there were any damages, but because they DON'T talk to each other and try to do things the right way the FIRST time.
