We heard someone was 'negatively' treated by certain staff members at the hotel this morning. We are all humans worthy of respect... not a 'number'. Everyone should be given the benefit of doubt. A big disappointment. Written to management but no one has bothered to respond. So much for 'ladies and gentlemen treating ladies and gentlmen. ' What a contradiction

RecommendedI’ve been really impressed with the level of service at this hotel we’re staying at. It’s amazing. All the staff smile, all of them greet you with a “good morning/afternoon/evening”, and all of them seem to know your name. I walked down the corridor of my floor and the room service girl said “good afternoon Mr Howard”. I browse the food in the restaurant and a random waiter says “good morning Mr Howard......
