As enthusiastic as I was at first installation, a few years has shown that the insulation in my attic has not impacted my heating bill at all. That was several thousand down the drain for none of the promised improvements in heat retention and lowered bills. I am much more conscious of my heat/AC now because of this and keep my thermostat ten degrees lower in the winter, I guess, on the bright side. I would find someone else. The guy is nice enough but... We scheduled an appointment weeks in advance and he called me to cancel with really no explanation other than "my family has changed".... Whatever that means. Unprofessional... He wanted me to change my schedule around to accommodate him. Go elsewhere if you want a professional to show up. Update: he then texted me and blamed me for "making a bad situation worse"... Whatever that means?
