Josh was more than prompt from the initial consultation to the end of the process. I hired him in Sept. 2021 to investigate basement mold. We hired Josh to help look after an issue in our basement. Although it was a much more extensive project than anticipated, he prioritized getting it done for us and was very thorough. We appreciated how well he communicated his progress and what he was discovering as he went. We would absolutely recommend him to anyone - he’s prompt, reliable, fair priced and all around a great person to work with and very deserving of a 5-star rating.

Josh was prompt, reasonably priced and courteous. Due to a health issue (kidney transplant) we needed it taken care of quickly. Within 4 days he had inspected and taken care of attic, basement, and a closet. Very impressed and grateful for his services.

Josh was great. He was quick to respond from the first phone call until the end of the job. His estimate was fair and he was more than thorough. After removing the mold, he worked for a while, focused on finding the source of the problem. He ended up bringing in an industrial humidifier, which was not part of the initial estimate, but there was no change to the final price.
