Loved the finished product!! Amazing service and quality. They offered various of materials and finishes. My deck was completed faster then orginally expected. They worked with the city and handled all the permitting issues.
Awful quality, awful work ethic, Yaniv is incredibly rude and tried to threaten us with a lien after we asked for a credit for damage caused by a faulty roof he installed. Took 2 years to complete an upstairs deck because they only came out to work 2-3 days per MONTH. Worst experience ever.
I had the most pleasant Experience talking to Tanika she was so incredibly kind when she called my company to rent a crane. I haven’t met any other customers service representative with such kindness and joy when speaking to her. You are so incredibly lucky to have such a great person like Tanika working at your company. If I ever need any roofing services I’ll be sure to reach out to Tanika!
