The ground beef and some of the roasts were fine. However, every other item of meat was horrible. Not only the quality but the cuts as well. Some of the steaks we threw away because they were too tough to chew.

Made an appointment to have a beef butchered 2 weeks ago. Saw the front person actually write it on the calendar. The beef we were planning to have butchered was a bit wild and requested she not be out in pens where she would most likely attempt to escape. Possibly harming herself and their pens. They said it was no problem they would kill her in trailer and move inside after. Appointment was made for 8am today. I arrived at 7:50 and waited for them to open. Walking in it was absolutely filthy and smelled like road kill and rotten meat. I walked right back out. Can't trust a butcher shop that can't even bother to clean the place up.
