We had work done on our patio about 1 year ago for our brand new build home, first time home owners. It has been a bitter sweet experience for us. David was great and communicative, but Israel and his team I think didn’t do everything needed to make sure our concrete patio was leveled. It is currently cracked all the way through and very uneven when you walk on it. I had to cancel my project with David’s team two days into the project due to the low construction quality they were delivering. I hired this team to build a deck around my above ground pool. They failed to properly connect the beams to the posts, with the beams solely supported by the screws. They used an excessive amount of exposed fasteners which could have easily been hidden.
