The technician Malik was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He identified and corrected the ecobee configuration settings and checked that everything was working properly. I appreciate his excellent service and would recommend him to others.
My old furnace was 16 years old and was eligible for a warranty trade in support program ($500 toward a new furnace). After quick AI research on models and price, we felt this was a very good price, and had a new 2 Stage Furnace Performance model installed the same day. Great fast clean service.
+ Excellent workmanship and installation work performed + The team takes extra care in handling equipment + The team clearly explains work to be done prior start working + The team takes time to show and walk through the initial tests after equipment are setup + Service support are great from the 24-hours supports line, I have issue working with the new thermostat and support service promptly responded and corrected the issue + I would definitely recommend Green Heating and Air Inc.
From the ease of booking Green Heating & Air (shout out Karl!) to their pricing, prompt service & skilled and friendly technicians, I highly recommend this company--they replaced the release valve on our (owned) water tank. Talked to them Tuesday, done & by Wed. noon task completed. Didn't expect such prompt attention. The technician, Malik explained clearly what he was going to do then proceeded to do so efficiently and as importantly, with NO mess left behind. These days, it's hard to find such businesses. 10/10
