BE WARNED, Do not fall for the “good” reviews, I had Very disappointing experience as Chris 2y ago. Too bad I found it late. Over changed by at least $4000 for the installation of a boiler!. They asked for high deposit before they started! Amatherish invoice emailed in seconds, never received an itemized receipt, was told it’s a“company rule”. Technicians did not provide licenses after numerous requests with replies stating “I will email it” - never did. The work took long and quite a mess was left behind inside and outside.... read more
We arranged for Green Heating and Air Inc. to clean and maintain our furnace. Unfortunately, it was diagnosed as leaking carbon monoxide and working inefficiently. It wasn’t cost-effective to repair, and Green Heating and Air offered to replace the furnace within 24 hours at a reasonable cost. Hassan and his team arrived the next day and removed the old furnace, then did a completely new furnace installation and inspection within a few hours. They said it would start snowing over the weekend, and of course our heater broke. I called the closest Green Heating on Saturday afternoon, and they actually came the same day. They worked until 3 AM!! to replace the heater, and thanks to them we were able to stay warm all weekend. They were amazing. I’m especially grateful to Mr. Hassan Foghani.
I called Green Heating and Air on a Monday morning around 11 o'clock. I left a message. Before I was even finished leaving it, Hassan called me back, and after a short conversation, he said he would be by at 1pm. He showed up promptly, listened carefully to MY diagnosis (since its happened 3x before), and following my advice, he proceeded to investigate and clean the "flame sensor" which was at the heart of the problem, and got the furnace going in less than 10 minutes!
