Was qualified and fit the bill when applying. The nurse, (Keevia Porter NP - NUPR000022) poorly attempted to discredit that I had a medical condition for this card. She was rude and disrespectful. If going to oxford, AVOID! To drive 2 hours and get treated like this is unacceptable. There were no apologies. No kindness. No communication. A Nurse who cant have compassion and communication with patients, that really need it, should not be working in the medical field. Going elsewhere to get my card because I truly need it.
