Dropped my car off around 10:30am. Returned at 2:30pm expecting it to be finished. They hadn’t even started. I said forget it, I want my money back. They then pleaded to give them till 3pm to have it ready to be collected. So I did.. 10 mins later they handed back the keys. Car was ‘cleaner’ but not worth my money. Disappointing.
