I dropped the car off here earlier today. I was told it would be $120 for an exterior clean and polish. I thought this was ridiculous but was in a rush and didnt think to question it. After picking the car up I notixed their prices are advertised for $45 for an exterior clean. Nothing on the interior was cleaned whatsoever. Absolute scam. I would love a refund but don't expect I will have much luck with getting one.
What can I say, the best wash and polish my car has ever had! Green hand car wash do an amazing job and at a very reasonable price. My car had oil blemishes from a nearby eucalyptus tree and I could not remove them. Well know the car looks like it's brand new. Thanks guys. I will definitely b back!
I won't be going back. Customer service is very poor. On at least two occasions, I left my car with them for over an hour (as that's how much time they told me they needed), and when I arrived back they hadn't even started cleaning the exterior. Clearly they don't value my time or me as a customer.
Don't rely on any time frame they give you
DO NOT go to Green Hand Car Wash Victoria Point! They didn’t just “wash” my car, they COMPLETELY destroyed it. They drowned my interior in toxic chemicals that ate everything away. My door and window buttons are rubbed clean off, my car logo is peeling and faded, and the inside looks like it’s been set on fire. This wasn’t cleaning, it was vandalism.
