I just wanna say once an excellent job in Customer Service Joseph He came quickly. He checked our issue up in the hook and could fix all the noise without too much mess without any hesitation. Extremely disappointed with this company’s professionalism and communication. The vent cleaners never showed up for our scheduled appointment, and we later found out our account was closed without notice. Apparently there was an internal miscommunication: their associate, KiKi, only offered 7:00 AM or 8:00 AM appointments, which we accepted. On Mother’s day night we were disrupted by cleaning next to our apartment complex. The restaurant being cleaned is Breakfast Republic on University that is adjacent to many residences. The restaurant closes at 3pm providing ample time to arrive prior to the city ordinances for machine operated equipment. Reading other reviews it is clear this company does not care about the quiet and peaceful living of San Diego residents or the noise ordinances of the city.
